  9. Party Cheese Ball

  11. I am always asked to bring this cheese ball to parties and I never
  12. have any to bring home.

  14. 1 8oz package cream cheese
  15. 1 small can crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
  16. 1 small onion, chopped fine
  17. 4 oz Cheddar cheese
  18. 4 oz Monteray Jack    (sometimes I buy the marbled colby/jack)
  19. worshestire sauce
  20. pinch salt/pepper
  21.  
  22. Soften cream cheese to room temperature and add it to a bowl.  Drain
  23. pineapple and mix it with cream cheese.  Grate the cheeses and add it
  24. along with diced onion.  Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a few
  25. dashes of worshestire sauce.  Incorporate all the ingredients and
  26. form a ball.  Refrigerate until firm.  Optional:  Roll in chopped
  27. pecans.

  29. Serve with crackers.
